All in Judges Behaving Badly
Last week, a referee appointed by the Supreme Court of Wisconsin recommended that former Justice Michael Gableman’s license to practice law be suspended for three years, in accordance with a stipulation between the parties. This recommendation stems from Gableman’s actions in connection with an “audit” of the 2020 election.
Today, on this rainy Saturday, I will bring you some recent Judges Behaving Badly news. Today you get a twofer.
Under normal circumstances I'd be in Chicago right now, checked into the Hotel Palomar, hanging out with my nerd friends from the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers at the Annual Meeting.
